I don’t want to live forever,
Just long enough to enjoy
Every atom of the existence
I’ve been given;

Only until I explore
Every nook and cranny
Of this expanding cosmos
Where planet from planet differs
And star from star
So very much more than ever
They did on Star Trek
Or all its precocious children;

Just long enough finally
To meet my Maker,
Gratefully shake his hand,
And adequately thank him
For the rich, abundant succulence of

Life.
